RESERVATIONS
Please call Aimee or Brent Michalak at (989) 787-0804 for reservations, or fill out the RSVP form located below. Reservations will not be complete until reservation deposit is received. We currently accept credit cards through Square, personal checks, money orders, PayPal/Venmo, and cash as forms of payment while we build our new site and establish merchant services. There is a returned check fee of $35 for all returned checks. ALL RESERVATION DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, unless we are able to rebook your same dates.
RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS:
All rentals require a $200 deposit to hold dates, this is non-refundable unless the same dates are rebooked. The deposit is not part of the rent payment, but converts to a refundable damage deposit that will be refunded within 14 days of your stay. Rent payments are due in full 60 days prior to your stay. No refunds if cancelled after this date. If payments are not received within 60 days, you will forfeit your dates and they may be rebooked.
CLEANING & OTHER FEES:
All stays less than 7 days are subject to a cleaning fee of $25. Excessively dirty carpets, furniture and stoves will be charged a minimum cleaning fee of $50 for any length of stay. Stained sheets will be charged $50 for replacement. Stained towels/hand towels/wash clothes will be charged $10 for replacement.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is promptly at 11:00 am. Early check-ins and late check-outs must be arranged in advance and will be based on availability. If arrangements are not made in advance, daily rate charges may apply.
